Adele was previously Head of Business Growth at Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, where she led a team delivering multiple complex private and publicly funded projects across the County.

Adele has now set up her own consultancy, Let’s Do, through which she provides specialist services for companies in business funding, bid writing, and marketing.

Adele often works with Advantage Creative as Coach or Mentor on programmes such as the West Midlands Creative Scale Up programme.
